I wish other restaurants would serve this. We used to live within a 20 minute drive to 3 different Cheesecake Factories. Now the closest one is over an hour away

I like nachos, but I'm picky about them-I am very anti-cheese sauce (like real cheese). I also love cheese quesadillas, but I like to order them as a meal.
