Favorite Appetizer,Entree,Dessert At WDW?

I am wondering what your favorite items are in each catgory. They can all be at the same restaurant or different restaurants.
My favorites are: appetizer- chicken flatbread- Jiko
entree- tenderloin and mac and cheese- Jiko
dessert- chocolate pistachio creme brulee-Jiko but the creme brulee and chocolate cake on the sampler were excellent.
Please feel free to recommend a favorite beverage or adult beverage that you also really enjoy. I had a shiraz wine when I stayed at AKL CL my last trip. I am also looking forward to trying some new tea drinks.:)
 
I'm terrible at picking just one, but I think I can limit to three favorites in each category. Here's my list (in no particular order):
Appetizer:
Shrimp Cocktail at Yachtsman Steakhouse
Creamy lobster soup at Coral Reef
Onion rings at 50s Prime Time

Entree:
Grilled Mahi Mahi with mashed potates instead of couscous at Coral Reef
Yachtsman Filet Mignon at Yachtsman Steakhouse
Fujiyama at Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki (soon to be Teppan Edo)
Mushroom Filet at Le Cellier (okay, I threw in a fourth) ;)

Dessert
Chocolate "Moose" at Le Cellier
Triple Chocolate Cake at Concourse Steakhouse (OH.MY.GOSH)
Carrot Cake at Concourse Steakhouse (ditto)
 
Appetizer
Cheese Soup - Le Cellier and Pot Stickers - Kona Cafe

Entree
Pork Tenderlion - California Grill AND Coconut Almond Chicken - Kona Cafe

Dessert
I Love the chocolate cake at Main Street Bakery:love: AND the Maple Creme Brulee at Le Cellier
 
Thanks for the great responses. The more favorites you list the better!!!!I know you all are foodies just like me!!!!!! I really appreciate all the recommendations because it makes me think about ordering something new that I may not have even thought about.

dessert: a cheese plate! they have great ones at Ca. Grill, Flying Fish and Jiko
