Favor Boxes?

Can you guys post what favors you are using? Or will be using? I ordered pillow boxes but I am not sure how to put the monogram on to the box!

I am using lenox mickey and minnie ears that will be personalized for each guest as a favor. I am doing welcome bags with folders too.
