Fav spot to order appies only

Al Forno had amazing pizza, we shared it as an appetizer, that would be a good spot to share several things. At Coral Reef I had the soup and crab cake appetizer which was great. Yak and Yeti, Kona Cafe, Ale and Compass. You can do it an any a la carte place but the restaurants have really pared their menus back over the years, they've cut back on the number of options so some have limited appetizers on the menu.

thanks so much, that is helpful-I was reading a thread on tripadvisor where someone was advised it was 'taking' an ADR from others to use it for anything other than a full meal, so wanted to be sure I wasn't inadvertently being offensive to the server. In our younger days my dh was a server so he is always a good tipper (unless it is really bad service).

YOu are going to read that here as well, but no matter. You can order as much or as little as you like and you are taking nothing from another person. Go and enjoy.

If you are looking at CS suggestions as well, consider Flame Tree in Anima Kingdom. The entrees are enormous, and easily will feed two generously. Tangerine Cafe in EPcot will.

For TS, we like Mama Melrose and the applies there are very generous.

My family often shares entrees and we will add an appie as well.
I looked at the title and wondered where you were going to get apples at WDW.

I did too! LOL! I thought "Apples? Hmmm.....can't think of the best apples anywhere."

I absolutely love basically all of the appetizers at Raglan Road in Disney Springs. The bread pudding dessert is fantastic, the drink selection is great and you get the show with the band and Irish dancers. I think it's absolutely perfect for what you're looking for.

I would say make your reservations wherever you want to eat and order what you like :)

We always do a combination of appetizers with a salad and/or maybe a meal to spit or even a sandwich and have never had an issue. Our party is myself and 2 college age daughters and we don't really all want/need a full meal each time.

I would start with a few of the restaurants your interested in and then find the menus to see what your choices would be - some don't have extensive appetizers so I would definitely have a look at the menus. allears has them as well as the wdw website
