My husband just got up and said 'Let's go to Disneyland today' Usually I have to drag him there. We are gettingready to go though we will arrive around 10 AM but plan to have fun. I will post back about the day, crowds, rehabs etc.....

Lucky you!!!! I wish we could do that, be we have about a 7 hour drive!!

Happy Father's Day to your hubby!! That's the way to do it for sure (PS - I am so jealous :rotfl: ) We live way too far away to just go.... Have a great time!

Have a great time. the one time I was there on fathers day it was the least crowded of the entire time we were there.

We just arrived today. Checked into the Disneyland hotel around 1PM. We don't usually even go into the Parks at that time in the afternoon, but we went anyway! Crowds aren't too bad. We've got Indy & Buzz FPs to use later. We're back in the room to watch the end of the US Open (& to rest my weary feet!) Looks like we'll watch a little basketball & go back for the evening.

Got home late last night... Still not fully awake but wanted to say the parks were no where near where I thought they would be in terms of crowds. :)
It was a great day. Autopia was only a 15 minute wait posted and it didn't take that long at about 1 PM!

We ventured over to DCA too and walked to the pier..... low and behold Toy Story Mania was doing a soft opening...
The posted time was 50 minutes but it really took about 30. It was a fun and unique ride. A bit dizzy in parts. I will try to post some photos on a seperate thread later today......Great Father's Day for my DH. Lunch was a Rancho Zocolo (sp) and dinner at Rainforest Cafe'

We were there yesterday too! It was a lot less crowded then Mothers day!

We had a ton of fun! I wish now that we would have gone on the pier in DCA!!

We had one of the best Tour Guides on Jungle Cruise in our recent visits! If you see Johny jump on his boat! He rocked!

We were there on Father's Day, too!!! :cool1:

[The crowds were much worse on Monday & Tuesday.]
