Do anyone suggest using these? And do they actually work? My friend said that she is on relacore and she likes it. It seems to work. I'm not so sure if they are good for you and if they work. Any suggestions?:confused3

I usually go by the old adage "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."

If you want to drop a couple pounds for a couple days, these may work. However if you want to drop those pounds and keep them off, it comes back to watching what you eat and moving your body more. These are not products that you should be taking long term.

I personally haven't tried them. I've heard stories about ingredients like caffeine that can make you feel jittery, which I wouldn't like.

Start eating more real food and less processed food - you know, real meat, real veggies, real fruit. Eat until you're satisfied but not stuffed. Drink 60 - 80 oz of water a day to help your body stay hydrated and cleansed. Move a little more - walk a mile every day.

Develop these healthy habits that will last a lifetime - that's how you'll get healthy and STAY healthy.

Best wishes!

I had a terrible reaction to a diet "stack" in high school. One of my good friends in an herbalist, so I do use supplements- Tonalin CLA,(helps build muscle) Alive! Multivitamin (the best multi anywhere!!! I love it) Coral Calcium, Chromium Polynicotinate and EGCG (the active compound in green tea) I take Evening Primrose Oil and SAM-e during my time of the month if I am having a hard time.

Exercise is the only way to increase metabolism and if you have all your nutrients, your body won't go into starvation mode. I did see a lawsuit on TV against one of the cortisol weight loss pills (not sure which one) due to unsubstantiated claims. Sometimes it's just a psychological boost- you think it's working so you eat better, etc. In that case, as long as it isnt' harmful and your doctor says it's ok, there's nothing wrong with taking it- even if it's not magical, if it psychs you up, the weight loss could result indirectly. I would research products and ask your doctor- together you can decide if it will work. Never mix diet pills (take 2 or 3 different ones) though.

Good luck! Let us know how your results are!
