Fastpasses in Addition to Fastpass+?

I wasn't going to go to WDW this year, but I now have a reservation for the end of April. I read through a bunch of stuff on Fastpass+, but still have a question. I know you get 3 Fastpass+ per day that you can reserve in advance. Is it possible to get Fastpasses at the kiosks in the parks in addition to the 3 reserved Fastpasses?

No one knows what the final plan for fp+ will be. But the speculation is that 3 fp+ per day will be all you can get, unless they decide to increase the number later on.
