We are staying at Kidani Village with some friends. The reservation is in my name. They're currently listed in the reservation as just names. They appear on MDE in my Family and Friends list, but I currently cannot make FastPasses for them because there is no admission tied to their name. When I open the record for a friend I see a link labeled, "Share Planning with XXX". The next page says, "If this Guest accepts your invitation, the plans you’ve made for them will be transferred to their Disney account. They can then view and co-manage these and other plans you make together."

If I send this invitation and it is accepted, how does that affect their ability to make their own FastPasses (for other days, for example)?

For example I am linked with my Mom on MDE and I can see all of her plans that she makes with just my Dad, and I can also see plans we make together. She can make her own fastpasses or I can make for all of us. We were just down there on vacation together and some days we did all the same things and some days different.
So linking does not affect their ability to make their own fastpasses. However you want to be sure that you link the right icon/person in the system to your reservation and that they are associated with ticket media/admission in order to make fastpasses!

We are doing a trip with 23 people - divided over 5 rooms - and 10 of us have MDE accounts. Know that sometimes, there will be occasions where the accounts don't sync properly. We've had folks disconnected from room reservations, their tickets, etc. So, if that happens, just call in to tech support and someone will help you match them back up.

If you have to call in, you need the email address for each MDE account and to have everyone's reservation number.

When it comes to Fast Passes, I booked some FP's for ALL of us - and some FP's were booked by individual family.

Do not send that invitation. As long as they are listed in your Friends and Family list, you will be able to include them in your fastpass party.

The reason you cannot add them now is because there is no admission media linked to them. They need to have linked tickets to be able to book Fastpass.

If they DO have linked tickets under another MDE profile, then they need to call and merge their profiles so that they only have one.
