I read it that they tried at the beginning of their window - say at 1720 in a 1715-1815 window - and that the ride had come up towards the end of their window - say at 1800. But maybe I misread it.

Oh ok. Thanks for clarifying. I misunderstood . Overall then, they are being fair with letting you return later. Can see it increasing the FP lines though when it does come back up.

The CM did say after they left that if the lead didn't have to step in she would have made an exception. But, depending on how many people they thought were going to come back, there was a really, really long FP return line. So I can see how they have to draw a line somewhere or it becomes terrible customer service for everyone else.

That makes sense.
