This is from HydroGuy's Fastpass post:

Currently, once the entrance media have been scanned at either DL or DCA, they are initialized for both parks. This allows a runner to get FPs for the group at the opposite park even though no one in the group (except the runner of course) has entered that park.

Is this still true? I've read contradictory information in a post somewhere here on the Disboards, and I wanted to get clarification.

thanks so much!

I know that Ridemax gives you the option of having a runner grab passes at both parks. Wonder how long it would take to get all fast passes at both parks all at once?! Anyone tried it?! Maybe there's a world record for shortest time?! :rotfl:

:rotfl: That was probably from me (the contradictary information). Ignore me, I have no idea what I'm talking about sometimes. I didn't realize this as it wasn't what I was told. Good to know.

Since you can't get a new FP in the same park until the return time window is up on the first FP, this challenge would unfortunately take a few hours at least.

No problem, Belle Ella! I couldn't remember where I'd seen either post - the one that said I could do it or the one that said I couldn't! But I've got touring plans put together that depend on being able to do this, and I thought I might save myself some walking if it had changed.

Thanks, everybody!

Yep, it is still true. Enter one park and the admission is activated for both.

Yep!
