We are going with another couple. They have there own room reservations but I am going to make the the restaurant ADRs and FP+ selections for both rooms.
Is there a way for me to do this so I can pull up the avaibility on FP+ for all of us at once?

You need to link the MDE accounts through Friends and Family and then you are good to go.

How do I link the MDE accounts? Do I put in their room confirmation number?

Yes, if you put in their room confirmation number then all people staying in their room will be visible on your MDE

As a heads up, I just did this a week or so ago for our trip in December. We bought our tickets separately while our friends bought a room and ticket package. So while I can play around with Fastpasses now for my own tickets (for something within 30 days currently, just to see of there are any changes with how things work compared to last time we went to WDW), I cannot try to book any Fastpasses using their tickets until 60 days before their check in date.

You're gonna go to " My Family and Friend's List" and then go and click "Add a Guest"
Once you click that it'll allow you to add their room reservation number!

If your check in day is before theirs, you'll be able to include them in your FP reservations.

Thank you! Good to know. I was confused at first regarding why I had the availability to book Fastpasses for us anytime in the next 30 days but not them, then I remembered reading on Disboards something about booking Fastpasses when you have a package being different.
