Fastpass without everyone in the park

If my daughter and I are in the park, and I have my husband's ticket, but he's not in the park yet, can I still get him a fastpass? He will be meeting us later after an appointment. Figured this was the quickest way to get an answer! TIA!

No. His ticket has to be used to enter the park. If he can enter then leave, yes.

The ticket has to be activated by park admission (one park) in order to get FP's in both parks. In your scenario, you would not be able to get him a FP.
