I have a room reservation for 6 nights beginning 4/3/16 but only have 5 day park tickets that we will begin using 4/4/16. When would I be able to book fastpass+ midnight of 2/3 or 2/4?

Fastpass windows are based on your checkin date. You can book your fastpasses for whichever 5 days you want, within your resort stay.
