Fastpass Today

I am trying to make fastpass reservations today but as soon as I pick the date it crashes and I get that photo of Olaf with his head off. Does anyone know if they shut fastpass down too like they did ADR's? Or if it is just an It issue as normal

Disney just announced opening dates yesterday and I have noticed that the DVC phone lines have been busy all day yesterday and as soon as the lines opened up today as well. I assume due to the announcement, there is a mad rush for people right now across all reservations (including FP's).
