Fastpass timing with multiple hotel reservations

Hi! I am travelling to Disney with my In Laws this Nov. We will be 12 people in total. We currently have 3 rooms booked. 2 of them have Tues, Nov 6th as check-in. The 3rd room has Wed, Nov 7th as check-in. All 3 of the rooms are listed in my MDE account under "My Reservations."

My question is, when can I start making fastpasses for everyone? Can I make 12 fastpasses 60 days before Tuesday? Or will I have to wait a day until the second room "kicks in"? Will I be able to make fastpasses for 8 people the first day and the other 4 a day later?

Thanks for any help. I am just not sure how these reservations work, as they are not tied to any specific people in the party.

If people in all 3 rooms booked packages (room + tickets), you have to wait for each window to open.

If not, book for everyone when the first window opens.

My in-laws booked all the rooms via DVC. Each of the rooms says "Reservation made by:" a different person. I think my Father-in-law just tied a different person to each room.

Ahhh, Nevermind! I just solved my own problem. When you click on reservation details, you can actually see the specific guests that are tied to each room. I am sure fastpass times for each person are linked to their specific room. I was confused before because I could not see the individual people in each room, only who the reservation was made by.

We are a group of 11 with 3 different DVC rooms. I arrive 1 day earlier than everyone else. I was able to make fastpasses for all 11 of us under my account at my 60 days out. They would have had to wait an extra day if they had logged in under their accounts.
