Fastpass tier question for HS

HI there...this is my first post!!! We leave in three weeks for Disney. Today I was checking our fastpass for HS..as I was making some changes and finalized all three that I selected I realized that the system allowed me to make selections for toy story, tower of terror, and rock roller coaster. I thought you were only allowed to choose one attraction on tier 1? Did I miss something? Did Disney change this?

ToT isn't Tier 1 so that is why you can make it along with the others. Not sure how you got the other 2 at the same time. Some good Pixie Dust I suppose

I suspect you got lucky. There have been reports of the occasional glitch that has caused this to happen on a day here and there. You likely just happened to be scheduling your FP+ at the exact right time. People who have hit this lucky glitch have reported that their FP+ worked fine, but also that if they tried to change any of their FP+ or FP+ times, they could not keep both Tier 1s.

Yep bugs/glitches happen.

I won't even talk about last Thanksgiving day at the DHS. Somehow my TSM FP+ got copied to the 4th slot! I had 2x passes to TSM and Indy and Star Tours (as I recall.)

I just looked it and said, I don't know what happened, but I'll keep things JUST LIKE THIS. I wasn't even really planning on going to DHS that day.

I think I might know how this happened. When I originally booked my fast passes on May 29th The great movie ride was a tier 2...when I went yesterday it was switched to a tier 1...so out of my 3 FP booked for HS...I had 2 FP that were tier 1! I think that is why it let me switch great movie ride to RnRC. YAY!!!

Yes, that does happen. I had similar experience at Epcot when they switched Living with the Land to Tier 1. I never wanted a FP for that in the first place but took one since I needed a 3rd. When it got moved to Tier 1 I would able to go in and move my FP for it to another Tier 1 ride, giving me one for TT and one for Soarin on the same day
