Fastpass + selection windows ?

I need to set up my fastpass + selections on Mar. 27th and wanted to know is the window between each ride selection an hour ? Does that make sense ? I mean do they make us space them an hour apart ?

yes, so you can have FP+ times like

1 -2 for Space Mt
2-3 meet Rapunzel
3 - 4 Peter Pan

you have a 1 hour FP window. For some things you can plan on going to Rapunzel right at the end of your window then going directly over to PP (because that window will now be open). They won't let you schedule them overlapping or for a shorter length of time.

When we did ours, when I chose the option that contained all of my picks they had the spaced out throughout the day. But almost none of the times worked for us so we had to manually change the time for each.

At that point you can put them back to back if you want to -- IMO that's a good way to do them especially if they're relatively close together.
