Quick question...
Once my family enters DL and all of our tickets are activated, can I send a FP runner into DCA? Will I be able to get FP for everyone without having everyone activate their tix at DCA? Would love a quick response as we are heading to the parks tomorrow!! :)
Thanks

As the PP said, most all reports indicate that as long as your tickets have been used to enter one of the parks you can get FPs in the other park. I was able to do this in the past. DCA and DL are "disconnected" meaning you can get a FP in DL without it affecting when you can get a FP in DCA. Within the parks, the latest information is that all rides are now "connected" (except WoC). So if someone runs over to DCA for you, they can get a WoC FP plus one other FP. RSR used to be disconnected (and so was Screamin'), but that no longer seems like it is the case.

There was one (or two) reports of folks not being able to do this, but I think (if I remember correctly) it was either because a CM told them they couldn't so they didn't try and/or they hadn't used the ticket to ever enter DCA.

I was told by a cm at the ticket booth today that I wouldn't be able to do it, but thought I recalled other people on the boards saying that they had been successful doing this in the past. FWIW, the other tix will only have been activated at DL. I was hoping to leave the rest of the family in DL while I went over to DCA and picked up FP for RSR and WoC. We're planning on starting in DL, and hopping to DCA in the afternoon. I'd hate to make that part of my plan and then find out I can't do it!!

Hmm, I spoke to soon. I thought it was within the park. Entering one park and then sending someone to the other. That I'm not sure of.

I had a friend try in May and was unable to, the CM ended up giving him Guest recovery FP's. He says they all entered DL then he ran across to DCA.
He is a CEO so I doubt it was user fault.
The reports here however seem to be that it would work.

Your whole post is certainly plausible, but this one comment struck me as puzzling mainly because it seems like the suggestion is that CEO's are incapable of making mistakes like this or that the rest of us are most certainly if not significantly more likely of making this mistake. I'm certain I misinterpreted this, but you definitely have me scratching my head on this one.

To the OP, I too have heard conflicting reports. I can only tell you that when we use our AP's, we enter one park and are able to go to the other park to get FP's for everyone without everyone also entering that second park.

I agree. And I am a CEO myself!

I have done this so many times over the last 10 years I cannot imagine it having changed. But maybe it has. I will check it next week when I am there. I have a DAP and the others have park hopper tickets.

:wizard:

Has anyone tried this very recently? I now have a member of my party with a sprained ankle. We were going to start in Dl, hop to DCA for RSR and WOC FPs then hop back to DL until the evening. Can I leave him in DL and take both of our tickets to DCA for FPs even though he won't have entered that park yet?
