Fastpass+ reservations problem

I can't figure out why MDE won't let me make fastpass + reservations more than 30 days out. I have a resort reservation linked in the system and I have tickets. I can see all of that in MDE but when I try to make fastpass + reservations it only gives me the next 30 days. I should be able to make reservations 60 days in advance since I am booked at Port Orleans Riverside. I booked the resort through Small World and the purchased the tickets directly from Disney.
Anyone else having this problem?

I'm very interested in this question as I was about to post something similar. We arrive on July 15, which is 60 days from tomorrow. Staying at OKW and have tickets linked to our people in the room on the WDW website. However, as of today, I only have the option to book FP+ for up to the next 30 days.

Will I be able to book for July 15 tomorrow? And then for July 16 on Saturday? Or am I having a glitch that is showing up by only showing me 30 day FP+ right now?

Thanks for any help!

The 60 day option does not get unlocked until you are at your actual 60 day mark. Until then it shows the 30 days that is available to everyone. No worries - it will be fine.

Thanks! Follow up question - what time can you start making FP+ reservations? Is it midnight eastern time? I'm going to try to get A&E one day and I figure I'll have to try as soon as they become available.

It does? Can you please tell me where? I have looked and can't find it

I think the other poster is referring to the system only allowing you to book days that you are currently able to book. So, since anyone can make FP for 30 days out, the system will let you make them for that time frame, and only when you are staying onsite and have reached your 60 days will it allow you to see availability past that 30 days.

If you are staying onsite, I believe the magnet that came in the mail with the Mickey thumb drive will show what day you are able to make your FP reservations. If not, there are sites that will let you put in a date to figure out when your 60 days and 180 days are. The following is a link to one

Are you at your 60 day window yet? It won't show that you are able to book 60 days in advance until day 60. Then it will open for that day until the end of your trip if you are staying onsite.

My resort stay begins 7-19 but I thought there was grace period that allowed you to book a little bit earlier than 60 days. I called Disney but they really didn't understand the problem and couldn't fix it.
I'm hoping that the people who are saying that it kicks in at 60 days will be right. I guess I'll find out on the 19th.

Glad to know I'm not the only person with this problem.

You are confusing things I think
No, it's not a grace period that lets you reserve before your 60th day. Access to them won't "turn on" till day 60
There is a grace period, so to speak, that allows you to book for 7 days after your arrival in day. So you don't have to go back online every day and book. On day 60 you can book for 60, 61, 62, 63, etc

At 60 days out, it will allow you to make the FP+. There is no grace period. All onsite 60 days out.

Thanks to all for the info on this thread! Everyone who has chimed in is right. Here is how it just worked for me:

As of yesterday, which was 61 days before the first day of our resort stay, I could only try to make FP+ reservations for the next 30 days.

As of this morning, I can make FP+ reservations for every day from now until (and including) the last day of our vacation. It magically opened up overnight last night when it hit 60 days. :wizard:

Thanks again to all!
