Fastpass+ reservation error: limit reached on first attempt

Hi all, hopefully someone can help. We booked a MYW pkg for 4 nights at Music in late March. Boyfriend's niece is doing college program so we'll have maingate passes for all parks except MK. So, we bought 1 day passes for that park. I set up our account online and went to do our fp+ reservations, chose all members of our group, chose MK, and when I click on any date I get this error. Help?

This just happened to me last night. Two of us have annual passes and I could book FP no problem, 2 in our group just had one day MK tickets and it said their limit was reached even though we hadn't booked any. I tried this at midnight at our 30 day mark. When it didn't work I didn't book for any of us and called Disney IT this morning. He said there is a glitch with one day tickets. He had to book dummy fast passes for those two and then I was able to go in and change it.

Unfortunately, by the morning all the FP we wanted were gone already. He told me that if I would have booked for the two of us that it would let, he would have just copied the other two over this morning, but because I didn't there was nothing he could do now that they are gone, blah!
