Fastpass Reservation Changes??

I am sure this is covered but I couldn't find it. Wanted to wait for daughters to help me pick FP+ but with us only going half day Sunday MK I was going to pick but if they didn't want one of the rides can it be changed if done so before we get there. Thanks

PS which rides should I pick, DDs are 11 and 9 and we will be doing a full day back at MK on Thursday after doing all parks first four days. they love big coasters, etc... at Six Flags so bigger rides not a problem just want to know best to reserve for that night, doing FP+ lunch at 2:00 at BOG then fast pass rides then stake out for MSEP and Wishes then rides til late as it should thin out by then.
