FastPass Question

Nope. You can only pre-book fastpasses in one park.

However, you can book 1, 2, or 3 FP in advance, and then once you are there, add in a different park once you have used the first one.

Editing for clarification (thanks @hiroMYhero): If you only pre-book 1, you can book two in different parks after you use the 1. If you pre-book 2, you can book 1 in a different park after you use the first one. If you prebook 3, you must use all 3 before you can book in a different park.

If 3 are pre-booked, all 3 must be tapped/used to be able to book FP#4.

You aren't limited to 3 per day, you are just limited to having only 3 initially at one time. Once you have then used the first 3, you can get additional passes. But you can only then have one additional pass at a time, and you must it before you can get another.

If you want to book all 3 at once, they have to be in the same park. If you wanted to though, you could book 1 pass for a park, use it, and then book a pass for a different park.
