FastPass+ Question

I've booked FP+ before with no problems. Tonight I'm supposed to book them for our December trip. I thought I would play around with it first. It's showing only the next 30 days. I'm staying on-site and have my resort reservation and tickets linked to My Disney Experience. I thought I should be able to book 60 days out. Am I wrong? If not why would 60 days out not be showing up?

It will only show up when you are at your 60 days. You can't actually "play around" with it because it doesn't become active until midnight.

I just figured it would show the next 60 days though. I realized it wouldn't show my dates. It shows only 30 days. So this is normal?

You will only "see" the 60-day window when you reach 60 days out from your resort arrival day.
Just did this very recently myself, and that's how it worked.

Yes You don't have a resort stay 60 days from today, you have a resort stay 60 days from tomorrow. It will "magically" open up to 60 days at midnight tonight.
