Fastpass + question

I'm going to the world Nov 1-5 with my husband, kids and parents. My parents are on a separate reservation. Last night I went on to My Disney Experience and it is allowing me to choose rides for fastpass +. It lists my whole family, parents included, but only allows me to select myself and my husband. Next to my parents name it says not eligible for fastpass +. Is there any way to get them to be able to get them too? There's no sense in me choosing my fastpass + if they can't come along also.

Are your parents staying at the same Dsiney Resort as you are?

Yes. After some time we finally figured it out. They had to link their reservation to their account. Then I had to invite them both to my friends and family list. Then my father had to invite my mother to his list. Once we did all that I was able to include everyone on my fast pass + selections
