Can I get fastpasses for more than one attraction at the same time? For example, if I get a fastpass for Buzz, can I walk over to Space Mountain and get a fastpass for that too, or do I have to wait a while before I can get passes for a different attraction?

It's only one at a time now. You used to be able to collect fastpasses for all the fastpass attractions at the same time but since April 2007 it's worked on the same system as WDW where you can only hold one at a time with the time you can collect the next one printed on the slip.

I much prefer it this way as the fastpasses aren't running out early in the day like they used to. :)

Could you get a fast pass for a ride that say you would go on between 11am and 11.30 and at 11am walk to another ride and get a fastpass and then go back to your original ride and do that then use your other fastpass when the time is right?

Yes you can Fiona - it now works the same way as WDW

As soon as you enter the window of time on your first fastpass you can get a replacement

Are they strict on the fastpass entry time window? I know at WDW you can only enter the line between the stated times on your pass, if you are late you can not use the pass. However at Disneyland CA even though there is a time stated on your pass you can actually use the pass at any time past the 1st time window. This allows you to collect fastpasses in the morning (still in the same way as at WDW, either after the previous fastpass resturn time, or 2 hours after you got the pass whatever occurs 1st) and then use them in the afternoon once it is relly busy.

I think they would let you ride if you were maybe 15 minutes late but not hours late as the fastpass system would not be so fast then :thumbsup2

Just a side note (not sure about DLP)...at WDW you CAN use them past the FP time (we just did this a few weeks ago as my DH got them before reading the return time which was during our ADR. Asked and they said come back anytime before they closed, we did and it worked fine.). Wonder if it's the same here also?

Thats interesting to hear, I always thought at WDW they were strict about the FP return time, although I personally have not tried to use a pass after the slot. Maybe they are getting a little more relaxed about this like they are at DLR. I know at DLR locals, AP holders and a few guide books actually recommend you stock up on fast passes when you are able to during the morning to use after the return time when the crowds are bigger in the afternoon and evening. I don't think I'll chance it at DLP though.

They are strict on not letting you enter the fastpass queue until your window has opened but they have let us ride BTM after our window has passed a few times. Although this has been either when we were only a little late, no more than say ten minutes, or when the ride had temporarily broken down in the day.

What really infuriates me is when people crowd the fastpass entrance to a ride whilst waiting for their window to open. Invariably they have tried to get on early and been turned away but instead of going off and doing something else for a little while they decide to wait right in everyone else's way. Grrrr!! :headache:

Infuriates me as well. It looks as tho there is a massive fastpass queue but its people waiting for their time slot

Thanks for th info on that - I have not yet been to any Disney parks ( a disney virgin !!) - and I am sure if I saw the crowds outside the past pass queue I would probably be a typical Brit and stand in line behind them ..... so is it Ok to walk pastthem (if they are waiting for their times) and go int the actually FP queue ... hope that makes sense :)

There is a CM based at the FP entrance who is letting people through. if people are just standing there it means they are being made to wait - I cant think of any FP ride where you would queue outside the queue (if you understand what I mean. You are moved inside the start of the queue immediately.
In other words once you get to the FP queue it is more obvious who is waiting for the time slot and who is entering at that time

Thats right, you head straight to the CM at the Fastpass queue when your timeslot is reached, and you will get straight through.

Peter Pan seems to be particularly bad for people hanging around until their fastpass timeslot starts.

Yes, if you can get past them. Last month I nearly walked away from TOT thinking the FP queue was all the way out the door but it was full of wallys waiting for their time and blocking the darned entrance. I had to do a lot of 'pardon'-ing and then they look at you like you are jumping the queue.
I didn't care - once passed them there was no queue at all and in a few minutes we were in the library.

I thought you only got one fastpass a day? :confused3

Sorry - didn't notice this.:)

No - you can have a number of FPs each day - it's just you have to wait for the time-slot-window of one to begin before you can collect another.

BTM seems to the the worst for this practice :confused3
