Fastpass question?

I have used them in WDW plenty of times, I have always used them during the time stated on them though. I read on here though that even if you don't get to use it during the time frame, you can use it later, is that true? Never thought about it really, but with this being our first an probabl only trip to DL if I can get some extra ones through out the day to use later then we will to make sure we hit everything we want to. Thanks.

Hi,last August we used fastpasses that were past the return time without incident. CMs didn't say a word. Have fun

It's true, you can use the fastpass anytime that day AFTER the initial time noted on the fastpass. And except for a few rides, you can't pick up another fastpass until the initial time for the first one.

HydroGuy has a great write-up explaining fastpasses and how to maximize their use, and it sounds like that would be worth your time to check out!
