Firstly.. did the Fast pass system change? I remember hearing that they were going to start being more strict about the 'end' time.. or was that just WDW?

secondly, does anyone know what the crowds/hours are like the second weekend of Sept? The 6th &7th specifically...

It's crowded, nothing major just weekend crowds.
