Fastpass plus question

I have been having some trouble with setting up fast passes... When I try to add one of the people on to the fast pass, it says that they already have plans and it doesn't let me see what they are... This person is "managed" by someone else who is also coming on the trip. Is there a way that you can change the settings so either of us can change the fast passes for the group?

I had a similar problem when I was setting up fast passes for my husband and daughter and I. I had set my husband up with this own account so it was not allowing me to make plans for him. As I recall I needed to send him a request of some kind. A CM on the phone walked me through it.

I think you should give Disney a call and they will connect you up with tech support technician and they will quickly link it up for you or tell you what you need to do.
