This will be my first trip using fastpass+. I'm not at my 60 day window yet, but I wanted to get a feel for the system, so I went into the fastpass+ screen, and it doesn't show that I have a valid ticket. However, my 7 day park hopper is linked in my account, along with tickets for each of my family members. My cousin, who is going a month later than me, goes into that same screen on her computer, and it shows her a date when she can start making fastpass+ reservations and doesn't tell her that she needs a valid ticket. Mine isn't like that! What's missing in my account??? Why aren't my linked tickets working properly?? Should I be able to see them on the fastpass+ screen even though it's not in my 60 day window? I just don't want to get to my 60 day mark and not be able to make my reservations!!! Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!!!

We had a lot of app/MDE issues when planning our first trip using FP+, mostly with linking friends and family. It is definitely a good idea that all your family members and tickets are linked before that 60 day window. Whenever I had a specific problem like yours, I would call the Disney Internet Helpline, number I used was 407-939-7765. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and knowledgable, they were always able to fix my issues, as well as answer general questions about how FP+ worked.

Do you have a package or a room-only reservation? If you have a package, you won't be able to see your tickets until you hit the 60 day mark. It sounds like that's the case and that your cousin has a room-only reservation. Since her tickets are not connected to a package, she could actually make FP+ reservations now, for any date between today and 30 days from today. I would highly recommend reading the first two posts of mesaboy's FP+ thread:

Bullet point number 3 under Booking Windows and Scheduling most likely explains your issue.
