Fastpass + is absolutely lousy

Do you stay CL? I'm wondering if maybe that's the difference.

We did not stay CL, asked at the concierge desk at the WL and were told no.

It didn't work for us in June at WL, but glad it worked for you! We tried mostly because we had read it here it happens now and then so my daughter went to the desk and gave it a shot. It would be a nice perk if they'd make it an official policy.

Here now and can honestly say that this would be a great trip if not for the fp frustrations.

Got here Thursday, and the system has been intermittent at best.

Now I'm on the phone with member service trying to find my fp's for fantasmic that have disappeared. unfortunately I'm back at my resort and they are telling me I can only make changes at a resort.

The app is not working currently.

Looks like if I want to see Fantasmic my choice is to get there early and hope for the best or return to a park to use a kiosk.

I believe she is going to Epcot because she can walk to that park. They told her she can only get her problem fixed at a park

Thing is, you can walk to HS too. And from BWV it's probably just about the same distance, depending on where your room is

I'd consider their booking additional FP one of the top 5 on site perks, if they would do it all the time.

Same here. We were returning to the resort after a morning at the MK. We just wanted to get a Fantasmic FP+ for that evening- something we could do once we were there and did, but it would be so much more convenient to get it at the resort.

We got to HS right after dinner and went to guest services where there was a line of disgruntled guest with fp issues. We decided to skip the 8:30 show and went to the 10 pm

I do wish that you had gone to one of the FP+ kiosks in DHS and just attempted to get a FP for the early Fantasmic!
They can often be available up until show-time.

Mostly I was thinking that if you had a Villa that was right by the path to HS it could be just about as close as Epcot. But you'd have to be in that very last wing toward HS
