FastPass in MK?

You can tell I'm a newbie. Are there Fast Passes for Peter Pan, Buzz, Small World, Dumbo?

Do we get a Fast Pass for a 16 month old?

Fast pass for Peter Pan and Buzz. Definatly no passes on Dumbo and I don't think small world has them either- but that line goes so fast it should not be a problem. And you can only get fast pass for those with tickets so the baby won't need one.
