FastPass Button on Disney Site

Question about the Disney site. We have a package booked with a stay at Pop and Canadian tickets for a trip end of August

If I go to the Disney site and view an attraction, I notice that there is a "Get FastPass+" button.

Can I select the button and just play with the app to see what is available (and practice for our date)?
Or if I go in, is there a chance that I will confuse the system and it will set our tickets to now (or whatever date I am checking within the next 60 days)?

I'm actually surprised to even see the button as our Fast Pass date isn't until end of June.

Unfortunately you can't practice unless you have an annual pass. But if you try, the system will just tell you that you don't have any valid tickets to apply FP to since they're not valid within the booking window that would start today.
