Fastpass booking for DVC members

Hi All,
Just checking, I think I read somewhere that DVC members have an extra 10 days to book fastpasses. Checking in October 28 so I could start booking fastpasses October 18? I'm hoping that means I'll be able to get one for Navi River Journey.

Anyone know about this?

Nope.

Everyone staying at a Disney Resort (including Swan/Dolphin) that has linked their room and tickets to MDE can start booking FP+ selections at 60 days from their check-in date. You can book for the length of stay, but are limited to the number of days available on your park tickets.

I'm hoping that means I'll be able to get one for Navi River Journey.

Na'vi River Journey is easy to get a FP+ selection for.

Flight of Passage on the other hand can be difficult, especially if you have a short stay.

So, if you have a reservation and tickets linked to your MDE account, with a 10/28 check in date, you can start FP+ at 7 am Eastern time on Aug 29th. Start planning.

At Animal Kingdom last week, we got to the park at opening and went straight to Navi River Journey. Only waited 20 minutes to ride. Most people head straight for Flight of Passage, so the line there was very long. We had a FP for Flight of Passage so no need to wait. You can get a FP for one or the other in advance just not both.

My 70 year old mother rode fop with us in May and absolutely loved it. I would not automatically think the ride isn't for you
