I just ran across this and it sounds promising as we have 2 birthdays on out trip this year. However, it needs to be deciphered for me. It almost sounds like I can load up with fast passes and ride all the long wait attractions with no wait?! Can someone explain how this works in simple terms a slow Texan can understand?

These may not be available for arrivals after 11:00am.
These tickets will be issued to each member of the celebrants party, but not more than six people. They will be valid that day and in that park only.
There are two categories of attractions, Donald (which are "E-Ticket") and Daisy, which are the less busy. You can select to use the Donald or the Daisy, but not both.
The return time on the FastPasses that are issued will be directly at the time of issue, no matter the FastPass Return Time that is being issued for normal FastPasses. In addition, even if all FastPasses are issued for a specific attraction for the day the special immediate access FastPasses will be issued; there will be one machine at each location for these passes.
Each of the tickets can be used once at each FastPass location. If you attempt to use it a second time an error message will come out.
