FastPass+ at Hollywood Studios

On the day we are going to Hollywood Studios in September I am only getting six fast pass+ choices. I have small children so we are not interested in most of them. The choices I have are Star Tours, Muppet Vision, Great Movie Ride, Tower of Terror, Rockin Roller Coaster and Midway Mania. If I look at a different day I have more options. Is it possible to get the other options added somehow or am I stuck with FP+s that we won't use?

I don't know if more choices will be added to your particular day, but I think Voyage of the Little Mermaid is the only one for which FP+ would be useful.

(You don't really need FP for Indiana Jones, Lights Motors Action, Disney Junior, or American Idol.)

Concerning the six choices which you currently have: Muppets, Great Movie Ride, and Toy Story Mania would all work for little ones (no height requirements for any of these).

When we were going to Hollywood Studios on Tuesday of that week instead of Thursday I was able to select Beauty and the Beast, Fantasmic and Midway Mania. I was just wondering why different things were available on different days.
I was already thinking the fastpass+ wasn't going to be as beneficial to us as say a family that wants E ticket rides but this is confirming it. Oh well, hopefully we will still be able to do those things without having to wait too long.

Just look at it like any other day at HS before FP+ was available. You wouldn't be using the FP's anyway for most of that stuff, so it's no loss there.

The only rides that really need FP's are HS anyway are RnRC, TOT and Toy Story. Of those, three, with your little ones, just go with Toy Story.

Dd turns 3 our dhs day and I was trying to make sure we got some things she would be interested in so I did add disney jr as one of our fp-+ choices. Is it not necessary? It's sept so lower crowds- I was just looking to avoid a long line that doesn't have the old fp to pull from

There are lines almost everywhere, it's just a question of how long the lines are at the various attractions and, by extension, how valuable the respective FP is in saving time. Disney Junior does not usually see long lines, therefore it is one of the least useful FPs in DHS. But if you want it, then go for it. See the link in my signature for my suggested priorities.

There haven't been any lines for any of the shows this week and I don't believe fastpass+ offers any type of priority seating at HS except for Fantasmic (which I would recommend using fastpass+ for).
