Fastpass and rider swap

Here is the scenario, myself and 2 other adults are taking my 5 year old daughter to WDW in October. The only ride we want to ride that she isn't tall enough for is Space Mountain so we intend to use rider swap for that. Currently, we all have fastpasses for it but is that necessary? If only two adults have fastpasses can the third still get on with the rider swap? In which case I could get different passes for myself and my daughter during that window. Thanks.

Just book for 2 Adults. Then, any 3 riders ride on the Swap by using the Swap pass. You do have to show your daughter when the first group arrives at the FP line.

yes you can do this and have a FP for you and your daughter for something close like buzz just make sure the CM at space see the too little to rider before going to the other FP
