Fastpass and Park Hop

I apologize in advance, I am sure this has been answered before but when I started to look I came up empty.

I have and want only 2 fastpasses for Hollywood Studios before I hop over to Epcot.

I have a 9:40-10:40 RNRC and 10:40-11:40 ToT. I plan to use them both around 1040 and then go to Epcot.

If I only keep these 2 faspasses, when they run out, am I able to book something at Epcot? or do you need 3 before booking at another park?

Our game plan is to be at the front of RD for SDD, then go right to TSM. If time, hit up Muppets and VOLM before RNRC fastpass. Do you think that is reasonable?

As soon as you tap in for your ToT FP you will be able to book a FP for Epcot.
