Fastpass+ and non-riders

I apologize if this has been asked and answered, I searched and couldn't find an answer.
We will be a party of 4, including my daughter who uses a wheelchair, and can only go on rides where she can stay in her chair.
My question is if I secure 4 fastpasses, for example, for Soarin'. Can my husband use his to go with the other daughter, then I use mine to go with the same daughter, so she's using two fastpasses, but we're using 4 total? That way one of us will stay with the daughter who cannot ride, but we still get to use fastpasses.
I guess I'm asking if it's a pool of fastpasses available to anyone on our linked account.
I hope this makes sense!

It's not a pool, they will be attached to the individual. To directly answer your question, I don't suspect you would run into an issue with the girls swapping bands as the only information that comes up when they scan is a first name and whether you have a FP+.
Disney has a rider swap program for younger kids who can't ride for size reasons. I would guess that you would be able to get them to give you a rider swap since somebody truly can't ride the ride. Some cast members are weird about it with older kids, but my guess is that most would have enough ability to reason to see it's a swap situation. How this works is the 4 of you approach, you tell the person working at the ride entrance that you need a rider switch pass. Then DH and a daughter get on the ride, they hand you a slip of paper and you walk away with the daughter in the chair. Now you and her can go do whatever and now you have a pass that lets you come back later and enter through the FP line with your daughter who can ride. You can go through the FP line even if DH had to do the standby line earlier. Here is where it can get sticky- when you do this, if your husband and daughter go through the FP line they are probably not going to check if you also have a fast pass but will still give you the switch pass. So you could always take your chances and book you and DD in a chair for a different ride while DH and other daughter are on the first ride. Technically they could check if you also have a fastpass in order to give you the switch pass, but it's really unusual that they do. I've had it happen once, out of probably a hundred times over multiple trips and most parents have a similar record.

I don't know how many rides she can't get on, but I hope that is clear enough to be helpful.

This is frowned upon but we did it last year with my grandparents so my grandmother wasn't alone and they never said anything to us. Or you can all up go through the fastpass line together and then your daughter can sit at the exit while y'all ride. This way you all can ride together and your daughter is not alone.

MB swapping has been going on for a while and no one has had a problem that I know of, so if other daughter swaps MBs you should be ok.

In theory, rider switch SHOULD work for such situations; though in reality it will depend on the CM at each ride. Unfortunately many families have been refused rider switch cards if the non-rider is tall enough to ride, regardless of other extenuating circumstances. Also, rider switch is only available at rides with a height requirement.

OP, while technically I believe MBs are "non-transferrable" -- people definitely swap MBs within their party for the use of FP+. As a PP mentions, the FP+ are not just "pooled" for your family, they are specifically assigned to each individual. As such, you could also make different FP+ plans for each of your girls (with the parents splitting as well) if there is a significant difference in what one can ride. That way, you don't have one child benefiting from all the FP+ and the other child having none.

Enjoy your vacation!

Thanks for the helpful replies! :goodvibes
