Fastest way to get from HS to Epcot

We will be in Disney in October. We have reservations for Garden Grill in Epcot one day but it is also a day that we would like to be at Hollywood Studios. I know of 3 ways to get from HS to Epcot...the friendship boat, walking and the bus. Which way is the fastest way to travel and about how long does it take? Thanks!

Walking. About 15 minutes? Obviously more tiring than the boat but we always beat the boat whenever we walk from HS to BC.

We also like to walk but have to take into consideration the starting point in epcot. I would allow 20 to 25 minutes from garden grill to dhs.

walking. Just be sure to cut through the pool at the boardwalk hotel. Following the path will all the way around the boardwalk will add 5 or so minutes. when you see the scary clown waterslide cut right, follow the path and it will put you right on he boardwalk where the nice art studio is.

We prefer to walk. The boat seems to take forever.

We have done front areas of epcot to dhs on a number of trips- and I say about 30 min at a decent pace, for walking. Bus is quicker from the front, the boats take 30 minutes from the time they leave the dock.

I would take the bus for this one. Otherwise, walking and the boat will take you to the IG entrance and you'll have to walk through a part of WS before you get to FW. The bus will take you to the FW entrance and save you some time and walking. If you want the absolute fastest, uber, lyft or Minnie Van to the front of EP.

If you're in the World Show Case or at the Garden Grill I would say walk to the International Gateway, then follow the walkways to the Boardwalk, and then to HS. It's a long walk for most people, but you don't have to wait on a bus or a boat. My family has stayed in the BW/BC/YC area many times, and walking to HS from that area is faster than waiting on the boat and then riding along as it docks at other locations on average.

This all depends on your level of physical health since you will be doing about 20-30 minutes of walking depending on where you start. By the time you walk from Garden Grill to the bus stop you are gambling on whether a bus is arriving at the same time or shortly there after. If you just missed the bus it could be another 10-15 minutes before you see another one arrive. It's all up to how you want to travel. Granted the bus will have air conditioning on hot visits.

We love staying in the Epcot area because of the walking access to two of the four parks.

Well, its not listed by the OP as an option, but I think rideshare is probably the fastest method

It's a fun walk. You may as well enjoy it before the gondolas congest the international gateway!
