we will be staying at a home in ecantada in december. fastest way to get to disney from there?

I think that that's across the road from Orange Lake Resort - or maybe the trailer park that's just beyond Orange Lake. If that's correct then the easiest way to Disney is to go back onto SR192, turning right (east), continue on SR192 for about 2 1/2 miles to Sherberth Road on the left, turn left onto Sherberth Road and follow it to its intersection with Osceola Parkway (about a mile and a half or so from SR192 to Osceloa Parkway), turn right onto Osceola Parkway. Animal Kingdom is the closest park, just ahead on the left but if you continue passed AK and get over into the left lane you should watch for the signs to the other Disney Parks and Downtown Disney - a left turn, that's about a mile and a half after AK.
