Fastest way from HS to Epcot?

I guess it would depend on when you go. We went at the end of August and it was 95+ degrees every day so for us if the boat was right there when we came out of our resort (we stayed at the BW) we would take the boat because it was hot no matter how we got there and walking was just not something I wanted to do wen it was 100 degrees out. That said, it never took more than 10 minutes in either direction (to EPCOT IG or DHS) even with the extra stops so I don't see how it could be more than 20 minutes or so (assuming the boat is right there)

We were walking from EPCOT TO DHS and they closed the boat gate right before we got there. We started walking to HS keeping the boat in sight a bit when we passed places where you could see where it was. We got to DHS right as the boat was also arriving. It took us 20 minutes to walk- at a normal pace. I would say when you leave if a boat is arriving or is at the dock and you can make it on, then take the boat- otherwise just walk it. It saved us the time of waiting for the next boat, which probably would have been 15 or 20 minutes.
