Fastest way from ASMo to BWV

We are staying at the ASMovies the night before we start our FTP at BWV (didn't want to pay extra $s when we won't check in until 3 or 4).

Our party consists of DH, DS (4 years old), DS (9 months old) and me plus our friends who have a 2.5 year old.

We need to get to the BW to check in to have our passes activated before we can get to the parks. I am thinking that I will go with the other mom to the BW and have the dads meet us at MK (rather than drag the kids all over the place so early).

Any ideas on what would be the quickest way to get to the BW and how early we can check-in? Do you think it will take very long to check-in this early?

The quickest way would be a cab. Using WDW transportation, I would bus to MGM and then take the boat or walk to BW. Or bus to Animal Kingdom and then bus to BW.

BW usually does not have a long check-in line. I checked in around 10:00am last December and I don't think there was any line. You should be able to check-in anytime after 7:00am.
