Fastest travel between GF and Poly

Is the walkway open between the two resorts yet and if so would walking be quicker than the monorail? This would be from Enchanted Rose to Trader Sams. About how long would that take?

Idk about the walkway but I’d take the boat. It goes MK-GF-Poly-MK.

Wasn’t the closed walkway between GF and MK? Or did the one between Poly and GF close too?

Yes the walkway from GF to MK is still closed due to GF Building construction work.

The walkway between the GF and Poly is open but has been relocated along the road due to construction of the new DVC Poly tower which is not set to open until Fall 2024.

The Monorail would be fine but very leisurely since you will be on the Resort Monorail beam which stops at MK, CR, TTC and then the Poly.

@gottalovepluto indicated depending on your timing the resort launch that runs around the Seven Seas Lagoon may be good choice. It runs a loop MK, GF, Poly, and back to MK.

The fastest way may be by Lyft, Minnie Van or Taxi.

Boat goes from GF to Poly. Then on to MK.

Just walk, it is roughly a 10 minute walk. The monorail would be the slowest.

monorail would be slowest since it would have to stop at MK Contemporary and TTC Before getting to Poly. You can walk , at least could as of last week. We did do the water taxi I from Gf to Poly, it was a quick ride but timing was such that we waited a bit for it to arrive. About. 5 to 10 min walk. If you are trying to make it back after receiving text from trader sams I’d hoof it and not risk an Uber delay or waiting on the boat , monorail.
