fastest route to Gulf coast

We are staying at Pop 10/30 thru 11/3, heading to Sanibel island on 3rd for a few days of relaxing on the beautiful beach after our Disney adventure though!

Just wondering, if we leave Monday, 11/3 around 11am after check-out, what is the quickest and hopefully least crowded route to get to Sanibel?

I-4 West to I-75 South. You'll head south a few miles east of Tampa and miss all their traffic.

ITA with this. We've done this trip both north to south and south to north when going from WDW to see my parents in Bonita Springs. Easy drive, and pretty much straight shots.
