Fastest Route to A & E?

My sister has decided to go to Magic Kingdom for 1 day while in FL. They are going on Wed. I have advised her to go to meet A & E immediately at RD. What is the best way to get there? Can you still walk through or around the castle or do they need to go through tomorrow land? Help! They have an an 8 yo and 3 yo.

Slight left like you're going to Liberty Square then after you're across the bridge take a right through the construction area. There will be CMs to guide her. The front of the castle is under construction so you can't go through the front gate.
