Fastest ROFR ever heard of? longest?

We sent it via fax on Dec 11, 2017 and got it back in the mail on Dec 22. But ours may have been quicker because we are just adding names to the contract. Back in 2014 when we bought resale it took a month.

Ours was sent on the 4th (SSR) and we are still waiting. This waiting around is driving me nuts!

This is interesting! We've bought about 5 resale contracts, and with all 5, we heard regarding ROFR (in all cases, we got the contract) in close to 30 days. Never knew it might have been sooner.

We just passed in 8 days, 5 business days if they had mlk day off...and it wasn't sent until the end of the 1st day...way faster than i was expecting. Ours is Poly

My 160 point SSR contract was sent in the afternoon on January 5 and I received the email that it passed on January 12. Still waiting for closing documents, but the email said it would be 21-30 days before those were sent to me.

Ours went there on the 2nd, and I know there’s nothing to do but wait, but in the meanwhile I thought it would be fun to share stories!

In my 18+ years with The Timeshare Store,Inc.® Disney usually takes 14 to 21 days to review for Right of First Refusal. In some cases, they take the full 30 days and on others, they take around 14 days....but the fastest I've seen is less than 7 days. Lately ROFR has between 14 to 21 days. Be aware Disney can change this "Norm" anytime and take the full 30 days for review. If ROFR goes longer than 30 days, be in touch with your Broker and they should provide you an answer right away.

A few years ago my SSR contract took 9 days for approval.

March 2017 - BLT - 9 days
December 2017 - VGF - 11 days

But with both of them, estoppel then took over 20 days, arrrgggghhhh (I know, still pretty fast).
