On another thread there is a discussion about whether you have to be scanned in at the specific park you are getting fast passes for. I was always under the impression you had to physically be in the park to get a fast pass - so if we wanted RSR but were heading to DL first, we all scanned in to CA and sent a runner for the passes and then went to DL. Another poster said that they have scanned everyone in at DL and then sent one runner to CA for the fast passes for all - but also said this was back in 2006. Anyone else try this recently?

You only have to have your tickets activated in one park in order to get FP's for both parks. We do this all the time...most recently Jan 2016.

In order to pull a fast pass with a ticket, that ticket has to have been scanned at either the DL or the DCA gate for admittance that day.

We did this just two weeks ago, we all went into DL for the morning and then after riding a few rides I went over to DCA with all our tickets and pulled FPs for RSR without any problem. My DH did the same thing when we began our day at DCA and ran over to pull ones at DL.

Yep- just did this last week! Felt bad for the gal behind me telling her husband that everyone had to PHYSICALLY BE at the FASTPASS BOOTH to receive a fast pass. Im sure they figured out that wasn't the case the first time they scanned their tickets.

Yeah, we just did this in February. I actually have fun being the fast pass runner. It's great to move from one park to the other with a fast pass already in hand.
