How do fast passes work? Can anyone get a fast pass for a ride?

Each ticket gets one fast pass per ride per available time slot.

NOTE: Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is not on the timed slots - that is, you can get a fast pass on this ride and go immediately to get a fast pass from another ride.

Once the time period opens, you can get another fast pass.

Also, if you have a valid fast pass at DLR and the time to get another one hasn't yet passed, you can still get one at DCA.

DLR fast pass rides:
Space Mountain
Star Tours
Buzz Lightyear
Thunder Mountain (off track)
Indiana Jones
Haunted Mansion
Splash Mountain
Roger Rabbit (also off track)

DCR fast pass rides:
Soarin' Over California (you can single rider this)
Tower of Terror
Grizzly River Rapids (you can also single rider this and the wait is usually better)
California Screamin' (single rider available)
Goofy's Sky School

Buzz Lightyear does not have Fastpass. (Those machines are now used for Star Tours.)

Haunted Mansion only has Fastpass during the Halloween period.

Autopia in DL does have Fastpass.

I suggest reading some of the other stickies on this topic, they really opened my eyes up as to what was possible... it is quite easy to pick up Fastpasses all morning while lines are short, riding in standby, and then use the Fastpasses later in the day when lines are long. Great strategy. Also possible to park hop back and forth from DL to DCA and back, picking up Fastpasses more quickly by doing so.

When we were there this past week, BTMRR FastPass was only open Fri-Sun...apparently the rest of the time it isn't available. It is listed this way on the Times Guide too.
