Even though we live in Washington State, we will be going to WDW in Sep of 2016 and again in Dec 2016 I am thinking about getting an AP, how do the FP's work with them?? I know that AP's are activated the 1st day of use, so can we still make our FP reservations ahead? Also another tips or bennies of having an AP would be greatly appreciated - thanks :)

I laughed at "bennies" because I've only ever seen that word used to describe a type of amphetamines. :duck:

Anyway, to answer your actual question: Passholders can make FPs 30 days in advance, or 60 if staying in a Disney resort. I believe the limit is 7 days in a 30 day period (or the length of a resort stay). Pre-activated passes should still count as valid tickets for Fastpass purposes as long as the certificates are linked to MDE.
