When you pull a fast pass- you can't pull another one until you hit the return window? So if you pull RSR at 10 am and return time is 5 Pm, for example, you couldn't pull other fast passes all day?

You can pull another Fast Pass in either 2 hours past the time you pulled your last one or the return time, whichever is shorter. So, in your case, 12 noon. You could also pull another Fast Pass from the other side of the park since CA is disconnected from DL.

The fp will tell you at the bottom of the actual fp ticket when your fp window to get more is available.

Isn't RSR still disconnected from other FPs? The last time we went to DCA, I pulled RSR FPs right at park opening, then went immediately to Soarin and pulled FPs for that.

Not any more. They just connected RSR last week :(

I just asked a similar question on another thread before this was posted.

Disney just screwed my plan of pulling two FP at the same time. If would be nice if they could have waited another few weeks as we will be there this Fri - Sun.

This explains the current rules:

With the exception that RSR and CS no longer are disconnected.
